Hello Mr Johnson,
Just a little note to say thank you for the great job you did in cleaning the air duct system in our new home, the builder had told us that they had cleaned the ducts upon completion of the home but it was obvious to us that they either did not clean them or that they did a very poor job as we were constantly plagued with dust to the point that we had to change our furnace filter every week.
It has been 3 weeks now since you cleaned them and we have yet to change the furnace filter as well as the dust levels in the home have decreased significantly.
