I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the duct cleaning service that you provided to our residence a few weeks ago.
Prior to your service we found that we were having to change our furnace filter approximately every week or so, as it would constantly be plugged up and our furnace would shut down due to poor air flow through the filter.
We called in a furnace technician who told us that the ducts needed to be cleaned or else the problem would only continue, so that's when we started doing our research online and as a result we came upon your website.
I must commend you on a doing such a wonderful job with your website, it was so nice get all of our questions answered without actually having to speak with a multitude of different people who from past experience
seem to be more interested in selling their service rather than answering questions
Anyway, once again I'd like to express my appreciation for a job well done and you can be sure that I will recommend you to my friends and neighbors.
