"I am writing this letter as a show of appreciation, I was the lady that called yesterday, asking for advise while I was having my air ducts cleaned. You may recall that I was concerned about the duct cleaning company that arrived with what appeared to be a glorified shop vacuum with a rotating brush on the end of the hose. The person tried to convince me that this so called Roto-Brush would be able to clean the entire duct system but I had some serious doubts, I ended up calling you and you were kind enough to offer your advise. I approached the duct cleaner with the various questions that you advised that I ask and after stumbling through his answers he actually admitted that he could not guarantee a complete and thorough job and packed up and left.
