Hello Mr Johnson, I wanted to apologize for the many times that we had to postpone our duct cleaning appointment, However, our home was undergoing a major renovation and the contractor kept falling behind on the completion date. Sorry once again for not having the walkway shoveled for you, It completely slipped my mind. I felt bad when I looked out the window and saw you shoveling a pathway to the front door so that you could get all your equipment in easier, most companies would have come in and told me to do it myself, but not you, you took it upon yourself to do it and I thank you for that.
